राजस्थान में सफाई टेक्स के नाम पर अवेध चोथवसुली

दोस्तों राजस्थान सरकार भी अजीब है ..जनता से अवेध चोथ्व्सुली के नए नए तरीके निकाल रही है ..यहाँ बिजली तो ठीक ढंग से देते नहीं ..कटोती सातवें आसमान पर है लेकिन हालात यह है के अब शहर की सफाई की ज़िम्मेदारी भी आम जनता पर डाल दी है ..राजस्थान में प्रति बिल कमसे कम सो रूपये सफाई टेक्स देना होगा जो बिजली के बिल में इसे जोड़ कर वसूल किया जाएगा ..जिन बस्तियों में सफाई के लियें अधिकतम सफाई कर्मचारी लागे है वहां तो बिजली चोरी है इसलियें बिल ही नहीं जाते ऐसे में उनसे तो जीरो वसूली और जो बिजली का बिल दे रहे है उनसे अवेध वसूली ......वेसे कानून और विधान तो सभी जानते है बिजली के बिल विद्युत विभाग देता है जो अलग है और सफाई का काम नगर पालिकाएं करती है ऐसे में यह वसूली गेरकानूनी है ...ताज्जुब तो इस पर है इस घोषणा के बाद विपक्ष भाजपा ने कोई प्रतिक्रिया नहीं दी है ना ही विरोध की घोषणा की है ..खुद कोंग्रेसी भी इससे सहमत नहीं है पहले हाउस टेक्स ..फिर अस्पताल टेक्स फिर सफाई टेक्स न जाने कोन कोन से टेक्स पेट्रोल ..टेलीफोन..और बिजली के बिलों से पहले ही वसूले जा रहे है ऐसे में राजस्थान सरकार टेक्स वसूली की सरकार हो गयी है करोड़ों रूपये सफाई के नाम पर वसूली होगी लेकिन इसका उपयोग निश्चित हो इसकी कोई विधि भी नहीं बनाई है अभी सफाई के नाम पर सफाई ठेकेदार और पार्षद अपना घर भर रहे है ..जयपुर हो जोधपुर हो अजमेर हो कोटा हो बीकानेर हो सभी जगह बंदरबाट के झगड़े है भ्रष्टाचार और लूट के खुले आरोप है ऐसे में सरकार की जनता से यह अवेध लूट नगर पालिकाओं के लियें उनका घर भरने की तय्यारी जेसा है ........अख्तर खान अकेला कोटा राजस्थान

एक फोर्टी फॉर ने मुझे झकझोर दिया

दोस्तों कल एक अजीब घटना ने मुझे झकझोर दिया और यह सोचने पर मजबूर कर दिया के आखिर हमारे देश की पढाई हमारे बच्चों को कहां ले जा रही है ..जेसा की आपको पता है मेरी बिटिया सदफ जो थर्ड स्टेंडर्ड में कोटा के सेंट जोसेफ स्कूल में पढ़ती है ..कल शबेबरात की रात इबादत की रात का माहोल था और मेरी बढ़ी बिटिया जवेरिया ..बेटा शाहरुख़ ..वगेरा इबादत में लागे थे बढ़े बच्चे सो रकात नफिल पढ़ रहे थे जबके छोटे बच्चे पचास नफिल पढ़ रहे थे जब नमाज़ पूरी हुई तो मेरी बिटिया सदफ ने मासूमियत से मुझ से सवाल किया ..पापा फोर्टी फॉर को हिंदी में क्या कहेंगे मेने कहा के बेटा च्व्वालीस ..तो उसका जवाब था के मेने नियत में च्व्वालिस की जगह फोर्टी फॉर नफिल की नियत बाँधी है इससे कोई गुनाह तो नहीं हुआ अल्लाह नाराज़ तो नहीं होगा ..स्कूलों में जी हाँ इन स्कूलों में जो मेरे देश के कानून से चल रहे है जहां की संवेधानिक मात्रभाषा हिंदी है वहां थर्ड स्टेंडर्ड के बच्चे हिंदी की गिनती भूल रहे है यह सोच कर में सदमे में आ गया मेने मेरी बच्ची और उसकी हम उम्र फ्रेंड को फिर से एक से सो तक गिनती बोल बोल कर रिफ्रेश की उन्होंने जब हिंदी की गिनती फिर से सीख़ ली तो फिर जनाब खुदा के खोफ से इन बच्चों ने फिर पचास नफिल हिंदी की गिनती में नियत बाँध कर पढ़े ..यह घटना एक मामूली घटना है लेकिन देश की संस्क्रती और देश की स्कूली पढाई का पोस्टमार्टम करने के लियें काफी है जहां बस छोटी बहुत छोटी क्लासों में हिंदी सिखाई जाती है ..हिंदी की गिनती सिखाई जाती है और फिर उसकी तरफ पलट कर नहीं देखते केवल इंग्लिश की गिटपिट और गिनती भी इंग्लिश की जब स्कूलों में होती है तो फिर बच्चा तो हिंदी या उर्दू या फिर जो भी निजी संस्क्रती की भाषा होगी उससे दूर रहेगा ही सही ..लेकिन इस घटना ने मेरी बच्ची सदफ और उसकी सुबुही को फिर से एक घंटे में उर्दू और हिंदी की गिनती सो तक रिफ्रेश करने के लियें मजबूर कर दिया तो दोस्तों हमारी पढाई और इसके तोर तरीकों के बारे में हमे सोचना होगा के बच्चा तरक्की भी करे पढ़े भी इंग्लिश भी पढ़े लेकिन हिंदी और उर्दू या जो भी निजी भाषा संस्क्रती है उसे याद रखे भूले नहीं ....अख्तर खान अकेला कोटा राजस्थान

फर्जी इस्तीफे मामले में प्रणब ने साधी चुप्पी !

याचिका के सवाल पर प्रणब ने कहा, भाजपा को जो ठीक लगे वह करें, मैं कुछ नहीं कहना चाहता

जयपुर। राष्ट्रपति चुनाव में यूपीए के उम्मीदवार प्रणब मुखर्जी ने भारतीय सांख्यिकी संगठन के अध्यक्ष पद से इस्तीफे के मामले में उनके खिलाफ याचिका के सवाल पर कहा है कि उन्हें जो ठीक लगे वह करे, मैं इस पर कुछ नहीं कहना चाहता।

चुनाव प्रचार के लिए गुरुवार को जयपुर आए प्रणब मुखर्जी ने गुरुवार को यहां जेएलएन मार्ग स्थित एक होटल में मीडिया से बातचीत में कहा कि एक दौर था जब कांग्रेस केंद्र और राज्यों में बहुमत में हुआ करती थी, तब कांग्रेस राष्ट्रपति का उम्मीदवार तय करती थी।अब गठबंधन सरकारों के दौर में कई पार्टियां है, वे तय करती हैं कि राष्ट्रपति का उम्मीदवार कौन होगा। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने यूपीए की सहयोग पार्टियों से विमर्श कर मुझे उम्मीदवार तय किया। यूपीए के घटक दलों के अलावा जेडीयू, शिवसेना, सीपीआई, सीपीएम और फॉरवर्ड ब्लॉक जैसी पार्टियों ने भी मुझे समर्थन दिया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे यहां राष्ट्रपति चुनाव अमेरिका के राष्ट्रपति चुनावों से अलग हैं। अमेरिका में राष्ट्रपति नीतियां क्रियान्वित करता है और सरकार चलाता है, हमारे यहां प्रधानमंत्री और मुख्यमंत्री यह काम करते हैं। भारत के संविधान में राष्ट्रपति का पद एक प्रतीकात्मक पद है और यह देश की भावना और गौरव का प्रतीक होता है। यहां राष्ट्रपति नीतियां क्रियान्वित नहीं करता है। राष्ट्रपति बनने के बाद उनकी प्राथमिकताओं के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि भारत में राष्ट्रपति नीतियां तय और क्रियान्वित नहीं करता, यह प्रधानमंत्री और मंत्रिपरिषद का काम है। राष्ट्रपति केवल संविधान के रक्षक की भूमिका निभाता है।

मैं कांग्रेस मैन हूं तो कांग्रेस का नेतृत्व मेरा मेंटर (गुरू ) :

एक सवाल के जवाब में मुखर्जी ने कहा कि राष्ट्रपति का कोई राजनीतिक गुरू नहीं होता है। मैं कांग्रेस मैन हूं तो कांग्रेस का नेतृत्व राजनीतिक गुरू है।

राष्ट्रपति बनने के बाद दादा कहेंगे या नहीं यह आप तय करें :

राष्ट्रपति बनने के बाद दादा के नाम से पुकारने के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि यह आपको तय करना है। कई बार में मेरे साथी जब चीजों को ठीक नहीं कर रहे होते थे तब मेरा व्यवहार कुछ अलग तरह का होता, इसलिए मेरे साथी मुझे दादा के नाम से पुकारते हैं।

ज़हर नहीं रूपये उगल रहा है यह सांप!

जयपुर. वास्तुशास्त्र व तंत्र-मंत्र के नाम पर इंटरनेट के जरिये हो रही दोमुंहे सांप की तस्करी को पकड़ने में पुलिस संसाधनों की कमी की बात कह रही है। इंटरनेट पर इस सांप की तस्करी करने वालों ने बाकायदा अपने फोन नंबर और पते डाल रखे हैं और इस सांप को बेचने के लिए उनके पास मौजूद इस सांप का वजन तथा लंबाई के दावे के साथ प्रोफाइल बना रखे हैं। डीबी स्टार ने इन लोगों से बात की तो इन्होंने इस सांप की कीमत दो करोड़ रुपए तक लगा दी।

दूसरी ओर मौजूदा हालात से लगता है कि शायद सरकारी एजेंसियां, वन विभाग व पुलिस इतनी एक्सपर्ट नहीं है जितने ये तस्कर हैं। या फिर उनमें इन तस्करों पर कार्रवाई करने की इच्छाशक्ति नहीं है, जबकि साइबर एक्सपर्ट राजशेखर राजहरिया के मुताबिक असल में तो इन तस्करों को ट्रेस करने के लिए इंटरनेट लगा एक कंप्यूटर ही चाहिए।

जहां मौजूद इनकी जानकारी हासिल कर पूछताछ की जा सकती है। डीबी स्टार ने तस्करों के प्रोफाइलों से फोन नंबर लेकर कॉल किया तो पता चला कि यह काम ठीक वैसे ही चल रहा है जैसे कोई व्यक्ति किसी मर्केटाइल वेबसाइट से मोबाइल फोन, चश्मा, जूते, कपड़े आदि खरीदते हैं। पेश है ऐसे लोगों से हुई बातचीत-

जो दो करोड़ से कम में बेच रहे हैं उनसे ले लो

अरविंद, चित्तौड़गढ़ रिपोर्टर: अरविंदजी आपके नंबर नेट से मिले हैं।

अरविंद : हां जी, काम बताओ। रिपोर्टर: डबल इंजन चाहिए। कितने का मिलेगा और कहां आना होगा।

अरविंद : मिल जाएगा। ब्राउन कलर का है। जिसका वजन करीब दो किलो आठ सौ ग्राम है। करीब 2 करोड़ रुपए है। रिपोर्टर: डबल इंजन की तो काफी ज्यादा कीमत है। कुछ कम नहीं हो सकतीा? इसके लिए मुझे कहां पर आना पड़ेगा?
अरविंद : यही कीमत लगेगी। इसके लिए आपको चित्तौड़गढ़ आना पड़ेगा। रिपोर्टर- दूसरे तस्कर तो एक-दो लाख रुपए में डबल इंजन देने को तैयार हैं।

अरविंद : फिर उनसे खरीद लो। मेरे पास इससे एक पैसा भी कम नहीं होगा। रिपोर्टर: यदि आप मुझे कम कीमत में नहीं दे रहे तो पुलिस को शिकायत करूंगा। अरविंद :शिकायत ही तो करोगे, कर दो। मेरे पास डबल इंजन नहीं है।

काम छोड़ दिया, दिला देंगे

राजवीर, दिल्ली रिपोर्टर: राजवीरजी आपके नंबर इंटरनेट के माध्यम से मिले थे। मुझे डबल इंजन की आवश्यकता थी? राजवीर : यह काम मैं अब छोड़ चुका हूं। इंटरनेट पर बहुत ऐसे लोग खरीद-फरोख्त करते हैं। उनसे बात करो। रिपोर्टर: किसी दूसरे व्यक्तिसे दिला दो। राजवीर : मैं किसी से पता करता हूं। 15 दिन में मिलेगा तो दिलवा देंगे। एक महीना लगेगा तरुण, अलीगढ़ रिपोर्टर: मुझे डबल इंजन की आवश्यकता थी। आपसे मिलना चाहता हूं? तरुण: अभी नहीं है। मिलकर क्या करोगे। रिपोर्टर: कब तक मिलेगा और कीमत क्या होगी? तरुण: एक माह में मिल जाएगा। कीमत उस समय ही तय की जाएगी। आपको कितने वजन का चाहिए। रिपोर्टर: दो किलो और ब्राउन कलर का। तरुण : ठीक है।

किसी ने गलत नाम डाल दिया अंकित परिहार, कोटद्वार (उत्तराखंड) रिपोर्टर: आपके नंबर इंटरनेट से मिले थे। डबल इंजन चाहिए। अंकित : मेरा नाम-पता व मोबाइल नंबर किसी ने गलत वेबसाइट पर डाल दिए हैं। मैं इस प्रकार का कोई काम नहीं करता हूं। कुछ दिन बाद बात करना राहुल आर्य, भोपाल रिपोर्टर: मुझे डबल इंजन चाहिए? राहुल : इसके लिए कुछ दिनों बाद बात करना। रिपोर्टर: इंटरनेट पर तो आपके नाम की प्रोफाइल में 4 किलोग्राम तक के डबल इंजन उपलब्ध होने की बात कही जा रही है? राहुल : यह सब गलत है। पड़ताल के लिए संसाधन चाहिए

इंटरनेट के माध्यम से हो रही वन्यजीवों की तस्करी के लिए हमें संसाधनों की जरूरत है। इसके लिए साइबर क्राइम थाना खुलना विचाराधीन है। फिर भी ऐसे लोगों पर कार्रवाई के लिए जल्द ही पड़ताल करेंगे।

कोर्ट रूम में घुसे डेढ़ सौ हमलावर, जज साहिबा को भी छोडनी पड़ी कुर्सी

नागपुर। एक दुस्साहसिक वारदात के तहत गुरुवार को जिला अदालत के कोर्ट रूम में ही दो गवाहों पर जानलेवा हमला कर दिया गया।

हालांकि जिन पर हमला हुआ वे बच गए हैं, परंतु इस घटना ने जिला अदालत में लगाई गई पुलिस की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की पोल खोल दी है। पुलिस ने तुरंत हमलावरों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया। हमले के समय कोर्ट में जावेद अंसारी हत्या प्रकरण की सुनवाई चल रही थी। घटना के दौरान न्यायाधीश अपनी कुर्सी पर बैठी रहीं।

क्या है घटना

दोपहर में करीब 12 बजे नागपुर जिला अदालत की दूसरी मंजिल पर स्थित सत्र न्यायाधीश श्रीमती वी.एन. तांबी के कोर्ट रूम में जावेद अंसारी मर्डर केस के प्रकरण पर सुनवाई जारी थी।

इसमें गवाही देने पहुंचे गवाह आबिद अली और इम्तियाज अली को जब कोर्ट रूम के अंदर बुलाया गया, तो उनके पीछे-पीछे लगभग सौ-डेढ़ सौ हमलावर भी कोर्ट रूम के अंदर आक्रामक तरीके से घुसने लगे।

स्थिति को भांपकर पहले तो वहां मौजूद सरकारी वकील श्रीमती कल्पना पांडे न्यायाधीश तांबी की व्यासपीठ पर चढ़कर व्यासपीठ से लगे न्यायाधीश कक्ष में घुस गईं और कुछ जगह मोबाइल से फोन कर सुरक्षा के लिए पुलिस बल भेजने की मांग करने लगीं। तब तक दूसरी ओर कोर्ट रूम के अंदर हमलावर गवाहों के साथ गाली-गलौच करते हुए मारपीट करने लगे।

हमलावरों से बचने के लिए गवाह भी न्यायाधीश की व्यासपीठ की ओर भागे और उनके कक्ष के अंदर चले गए। बताया जाता है कि उन्होंने न्यायाधीश कक्ष के अंदर प्रवेश करने के बाद प्रवेश द्वार को बंद कर हमलावरों को अंदर आने से रोक दिया। तब तक हमलावार दरवाजे के पास पहुंच गए और दरवाजा खोलने की कोशिश करने लगे।

उसी समय कोर्ट कर्मियों और कोर्ट में पहुंचे पुलिस जवानों ने न्यायाधीश तांबी की व्यासपीठ पर चढ़े हमलावरों और कोर्ट रूम में मौजूद हमलावरों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

बताया जाता है कि इस घटना के दौरान न्यायाधीश तांबी कुर्सी पर ही बैठी रहीं। हालांकि जिन पर हमला हुआ है वे सुरक्षित हैं एवं उन्हें मामूली चोंटे आई हैं।

कोर्ट में अब तक की घटनाएं

अक्कू यादव की हत्या (कोर्ट रूम के अंदर) पिंटू र्शिर्के की हत्या (कोर्ट इमारत के अंदर) खजाने की चोरी (जिला अदालत के स्ट्रांग रूम को तोड़कर पैसे और जेवर चुराए गए) बम विस्फोट (लगभग दो वर्ष पूर्व जिला अदालत की इमारत के अंदर देशी बम का विस्फोट) गवाह पर हमला (लगभग चार माह पूर्व सुयोग बिल्ंिडग से बाहर जाते हुए गवाह पर प्राण घातक हमला हुआ था)

बाबरी मस्जिद गिराई जा रही थी तो पूजा कर रहे थे नरसिंह राव'

नई दिल्‍ली. बाबरी मस्जिद गिराए जाने के वक्‍त नरसिंह राव ने आंखें मूंद ली थीं। पूर्व पीएम पर यह आरोप एक और किताब में लगाया गया है। किताब में दावा किया गया है कि जब कार सेवकों ने बाबरी मस्जिद गिराने का काम शुरू किया तो उस वक्‍त राव पूजा पर बैठ गए थे और पूजा से तभी उठे जब मस्जिद पूरी तरह ढह गई।

मशहूर पत्रकार कुलदीप नैयर ने अपनी आत्‍मकथा "Beyond the Lines"में 6 दिसंबर 1992 को हुई इस घटना से जुड़े आरोप लगाए हैं। यह किताब जल्‍द ही रिलीज होने वाली है।

नैयर का कहना है, 'पूजा के दौरान राव के सहयोगी ने उनके कान में फुसफुसाते हुए कहा कि मस्जिद गिराई जा चुकी है। इसके कुछ सेकेंड के बाद ही पूजा खत्‍म हो गई।'

हालांकि दिवंगत पीएम (नरसिंह राव) के बेटे पी वी रंगा राव ने नैयर के दावों को खारिज कर दिया है। उन्‍होंने कहा, 'यह भरोसा करने लायक नहीं है। मेरे पिता ने ऐसा नहीं किया होगा। जब बाबरी मस्जिद गिराई गई थी तो वह काफी गुस्‍से में थे। वह मुसलमानों से प्‍यार करते थे और उनके प्रबल समर्थक थे। उन्‍होंने मुझसे कई बार कहा कि ऐसा नहीं होना चाहिए था।'

शाबान का महीना

शाबान अरबी महीने का आठवा महीना है जिसका अर्थ होता है कि लोगों का पानी को लिए एलग एलग स्थानों पर तलाशना या लोगों का गुफाओं में जाना, (ऐसा पूराने अरब वासी करते थे)
अल्लाह तआला ने लोगों को पुण्य प्रदान करने के लिए विभिन्न बहाना तालाशता है जिस के लिए उसने मानव को बहुत से कर्म और कार्य करने के लिए उत्साहित किया है। जो बन्दा बहुत ज़्यादा नफली इबादों के माध्यम से अल्लाह की कुर्बत और निकटतम चाहता है, अल्लाह उसे अपना सब से अच्छा भक्त बना लेता है और उसकी प्रत्येक प्रकार से मदद करता है और जीवन के हर मोड़ पर अल्लाह की सहायता उस के साथ होती है। रसूलुल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) ने फरमाया कि अल्लाह तआला फरमता है। ” जो मेरे भक्तों से दुशमनी करता है, मैं उस से युद्ध की घोषणा करता हूँ, और मुझे सब से अधिक प्रिय है कि मेरा बन्दा वह कार्य करे जिसे मैं उस के ऊपर अनिवार्य किया, और निरंतरण के साथ मेरा बन्दा नफली इबादतों के माध्यम से मेरी प्रसन्नता को तलाशता रहता है, यहां तक कि मैं उस से प्रेम करने लगता है और जब मैं उस से प्रेम करने लगता हूँ, ……..

नफली इबादतों में नफली रोज़ो की एक एलग महत्वपूर्णता है, जिस के बहुत ज़्यादा लाभ हासिल होते हैं, इन्हीं नफली रोज़ो में शाबान के महीने के रोज़े भी हैं, शअबान का महीना रमज़ान के महीने से पहले आता है, गोया कि शअबान के नफली रोज़े रमज़ान के फर्ज़ रोज़े के स्वागत के लिए है, प्रिय रसूल (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) दुसरे महीनों के मुकाबले में शाबान के महीनें में ज़्यादा रोज़ा रखते थे। जैसा कि आइशा (रज़ी अल्लाहु अन्हा) वर्णन करती हैं। ” रसूल (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) इस प्रकार रोज़े रखते थे कि हम समझने लगते कि अब आप (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) हमेशा रोज़े रखेंगे और आप (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) इस प्रकार बिना रोज़े के रहते थे कि हम समझने लगते कि अब आप (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) रोज़े नहीं रखेंगे, मैं ने नही देखा कि आप (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) रमज़ान महीने के सिवा किसी दुसरे महीना के पूरे महीने का रोज़ा रखा हो, और मैं ने नही देखा कि आप (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) शाबान महीने के सिवा किसी दुसरे महीने के ज़्यादा रोज़े रखें हों।” (सही बुखारी और सही मुस्लिम)
हदीस के मश्हूर विद्वान अहमद बिन अली बिन हज्र अल-अस्क़लानी कहते है, रसूल (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) दुसरे महीनों के मुकाबले में शाबान के महीनें में ज़्यादा रोज़े रखते थे और शअबान के ज़्यादा दिन रोज़े की हालत में गुज़ारते थे, इस से शाबान के नफली रोज़े की महत्वपूर्णता प्रमाणित होती है। (फतहुल बारी शर्ह सही बुखारी)
इस शाबान महीने के रोज़े की महत्वपूर्णता दुसरे प्रकार से साबित होता है जैसा कि उसामा बिन जैद (रज़ी अल्लाहु अन्हु) कहते हैं कि ” मैं ने रसूल (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) से प्रश्न किया कि, ऐ अल्लाह के रसूल! मैं ने आप को शाबान के महीने में बहुत ज़्यादा रोज़े रखते हुए देखा है परन्तु शाबान के सिवाए दुसरे किसी महीने में आप इतना ज़्यादा रोज़ा नहीं रखते हैं। तो रसूल (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) ने उत्तर दिया। यह वह महीना है जो रजब और रमज़ान के बीच हैं जिस से बहुत से लोग गफलत करते हैं, यह वह महीना है जिस में कर्म अल्लाह के पास पेश किये जाते हैं और मैं चाहता हूँ कि मेरा कर्म रोज़े की हालत में पेश किया जाए।” (सुनन नसई और हदीस के बहुत बड़े विद्वान अल- अलबानी ने सही कहा है)
इबने रजब कहते हैं ” शाबान के रोज़े हुरमत वाले महीने के रोज़े से उत्तम हैं, इसी प्रकार रमज़ान से पहले नफली रोज़े और रमज़ान के बाद नफली रोज़े दुसरे नफली रोज़े से उत्तम और अफज़ल है, यह फर्ज़ नमाज के बाद जरुरी सुन्नत की तरह है (लताइफुल मआरिफ)
शाबान महीने की पंद्रहवी रात जिसे उर्फ आम में शबे बरात कहा जाता है, जिस की फज़ीलत और उत्तमता के प्रति सीमा का उलंघण किया गया है, शबे बरात के प्रति जितनी भी हदीसें बयान की जाती हैं, सब हदीसें बहुत ही ज़ईफ तथा कम्ज़ोर और मन्घड़त हैं जैसा कि हदीसों के बड़े बड़े विद्वानों ने कहा है, केवल एक हदीस जो शबे बरात के प्रति आइ है और उसे इमाम अलबानी ने हसन हदीस कहा है।
عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَيَطَّلِعُ فِي لَيْلَةِ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ فَيَغْفِرُ لِجَمِيعِ خَلْقِهِ إِلا لِمُشْرِكٍ أَوْ مُشَاحِنٍ (رواه ابن ماجه – 1380 ، وحسنه الألباني في صحيح الجامع (1819)
अबू मूसा अल-अश्अरी (रज़ी अल्लाहु अन्हु) से वर्णन है कि रसूलुल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) ने फरमाया ” बैशक अल्लाह शाबान के पंद्रहवी रात को देखता है तो अपने सब बन्दो को क्षमा कर देता है सिवाए अल्लाह के साथ शिर्क करने वालों और एक दुसरे के लिए दुशमनी, कीना कपट रकने वालों को । ” (सुनन इब्ने माजा, हदीस संख्याः 1380)

इस्लामिक इबादतों में सब से महत्वपूर्ण दो शर्ते हैं जिस का पाया जाना प्रत्येक कर्म या पूजा में अनिवार्य हैं तभी अल्लाह के पास वह इबादत स्वीकारित होंगी।
(1) वह कर्म और पूजा तथा इबादत निः स्वार्थ हो, दुनिया की लालच या लोगों को दिखाने के लिए न हो बल्कि केवल अल्लाह तआला को खुश करने के लिए किया जाए और केवल अल्लाह के लिए ही की जाए, उस इबादत में अल्लाह के साथ किसी को तनिक भागीदार और साझीदार नहीं बनाया जाए।
(2) वह कर्म और पूजा तथा इबादत अल्लाह के नबी मुहम्मद (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) के सुन्नत के अनुसार हो और वह सुन्नत सही हदीसों के शर्तों पर उतरती हों।
तभी हमारी कोई भी इबादत और पुण्य का कार्य अल्लाह के पास स्वीकारित होगी और हमें उस कार्य पर सवाब और पुण्य प्राप्त होगा वर्ना हमारे कार्य पर पाप या गुनाह मिलेगा।
नबी (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) ने यह भविष्यवाणी भी कर दिया था कि कुछ लोग होंगे जो दीन में अपनी ओर से मिलावट करेंगे चाहे उस की नियत अच्छी हो या बुरी, दोनों कारणों में उसे पाप ही प्राप्त होगा और जन्नत में दाखिल होने से वंचित होंगे, रसूलुल्लाह (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) के साथ हौज़ कौसर के स्वादिष्ट पानी के पीने से महरूम और वंचित होंगे। सही बुखारी की इस हदीस पर विचार करें।
عنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنِّي فَرَطُكُمْ عَلَى الْحَوْضِ مَنْ مَرَّ عَلَيَّ شَرِبَ ، وَمَنْ شَرِبَ لَمْ يَظْمَأْ أَبَدًا ، لَيَرِدَنَّ عَلَيَّ أَقْوَامٌ أَعْرِفُهُمْ وَيَعْرِفُونِي ، ثُمَّ يُحَالُ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَهُمْ ، فَأَقُولُ : إِنَّهُمْ مِنِّي ، فَيُقَالُ : إِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثُوا بَعْدَكَ ، فَأَقُولُ : سُحْقًا ، سُحْقًا ، لِمَنْ غَيَّرَ بَعْدِي .- رواه البخاري
सहल बिन साद (रज़ी अल्लाहु अन्हु) कहते हैं कि नबी (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) ने फरमाया, बैशक मैं कौसर कुंवाँ पर तुम्हारा स्वागत करूंगा, जो भी वहाँ मेरे पास से गुज़रेगा, वह उस कौसर कुंवाँ से पानी पीऐगा और जो उसका पानी पी लिया वह कभी पियासा नहीं होगा, यक़ीनन कुछ लोग मेरे पास आऐंगे और मैं उन्हें पहचान लूंगा और वह लोग भी मुझ से परिचित होंगे फिर उन्हें मेरे पास आने से रोक दिया जाएगा तो मैं कहुंगा, बैशक वह मेरे अनुयायी हैं, उसे मेरे पास आने दिया जाए, तो कहा जाएगा, बैशक आप नहीं जानते कि आप के बाद इन लोगों ने दीन (धर्म) में नई नई चीज़ों (बिदअतओं) पर अमल किया, तो मैं कहुंगा, दूर हो जाओ, दूर हो जाओ, जिन लोगों ने मेरे बाद दीन (धर्म) में नई नई चीज़ों (बिदअतों) पर अमल किया।
बिदआत और मुहदसात वह घातक बीमारी है जिस में मुस्लिम समाज लिप्त है।
आश्चर्य जनक बात यह है कि बहुत सारे लोग अतिप्रेम से बहुत कुछ इबादतें दीन के नाम पर करते हैं परन्तु उनकी यह कोशिश अकारत हो जाएगी और नेकियों की जगह गुनाहों से अपने दामन को भरते हैं, इस लिए हम सब को अपनी इबादतों के लिए चिंतन रहना चाहिये और केवल वही काम करना चाहिये जो सही हदीसों और नबी (सल्लल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) की सुन्नत से प्रमाणित हो,

शबे बरात में हमारे बहुत से मुसलमान भाई सौ रकात वाली नमाज पढ़ते हैं जब हम हदीसों की महत्वपूर्ण पुस्तकों और मुहद्देसीन उलमा के अकवाल (हदीस के बहुत बड़े बड़े विद्वानों के कथन) पढ़ते हैं तो वह कहते हैं कि शबे बरात में की जाने वाली इबादतें बिदअत और खुराफात है जो जाइज नहीं और सही हदीसो से साबित नहीं है, आलमे इस्लाम के सब से मश्हुर मुफ्ती अल्लामा इब्ने बाज़ (रहमतुल्लाह अलैहि) से प्रश्न किया गया कि क्या शबे बरात की कोई खास नमाज हदीसों की रोशनी में प्रमाणित हैं  तो उन्हे ने उत्तर दिया, शाबान की पंदर्हवी रात( शबे बरात) के बारे में आई सब हदीस ज़ईफ और निहायत कमज़ोर है बल्कि वह मौज़ूअ और मन्घड़त है, इस रात में न कोइ खास इबादत और न ही तिलावत, और न जमाअत है, जिन उलमा ने इस की अहमीयत बयान किया है, उनकी बात कमज़ोर है, इस रात में कोइ खास अमल जाइज़ नही है। ( मज्मूअ फतावा इब्ने बाज़)

शबे बरात के दिन का रोज़ा रखना भी साबित नही, इसी प्रकार कब्रिस्तान की ज़िरात और रूहों का आना और उन के लिए खाना और हल्वे और दुसरी चीज़े पका कर उस पर फातिहा पढ़ाना सब बिदअत और खुराफात के लिस्ट में आता है जैसा के मुहद्देसीन उलमा ने फरमा दिया है।

अल्लाह हम सब को सीधे रासते पर चलने की क्षमता प्रदान करे और दीन की सही समझ दे और हमें दीन और दुनिया दोनों में सफल जीवन प्रदान करे, आमीन

रहमतों के महीने रमजान से पहले मगफेरत का महीना शाबान आता है, जिसे रसूल अकरम ने गुनाहों को मिटाने वाला महीना करार दिया है। इस शाबान के महीने में एक रात ऐसी भी आती है, जिसमें अल्लाह अपने गुनहगार बन्दों की दुआओं को सुनता है और उन लोगों को जहन्नुम से निजात देता है। उस रात अल्लाह की रहमत जोश में होती है और वह पुकार-पुकार कर मगफेरत की चाहत रखने वालों को अपने हुजूर में तौबा करने की इजाजत देता है। और फिर उनकी दुआएं कुबूल करता है। फजीलत और बरकत वाली यह रात शबे बरात मुस्लिम कैलेंडर के आठवें महीने शाबान की चौदहवीं रात (तारीख) को मगरिब के वक्त शुरू होकर सुबह सूरज निकले तक जारी रहती है।

शबे बरात के माने निजात या रिहाई की रात के हैं। हदीस में बयान किया गया है कि इस रात इस कायनात का मालिक पहले आसमान पर जलवागर होकर इंसानों को पुकारता है कि है कोई जो मगफेरत तलब करे तो मैं उसको बख्श दूं, कोई रिज्क मांगे तो उसे रिज्क दूं, कोई बीमार दुआ करे तो मैं उसे शिफा बख्शूं। अल्लाह के रसूल ‘मोहम्मद सल्ललाहोअलैहे वसल्लम’ फरमाया करते थे कि शाबान मेरा महीना है, रजब अल्लाह का महीना है और रमजान मेरी उम्मत का महीना है। शाबान गुनाहों को मिटाने वाला और रमजान पाक करने वाला है। शबे बरात का जिक्र करते हुए अल्लाह के रसूल ने एक बार फरमाया कि इस रात अल्लाह के फरिश्ते हजरत जिबराईल मेरे पास आये और कहा कि यह वह रात है, जिसमें अल्लाहतआला रहमत के दरवाजों में से तीन सौ दरवाजे खोलता है और हर उस शख्स को बख्श देता है, जो अल्लाह की जात में किसी को शरीक न करता हो। न वह जादूगर हो और न वह अपनी बीबी के अलावा दूसरी औरत से जिस्मी ताल्लुक रखता हो। न जो सूद खाता हो, लेकिन अगर ये लोग भी अपने गुनाह से तौबा कर लें तो अल्लाह उनको भी बख्श देता है। गोया इस रात की फजीलत यही है कि इस रात लोगों के गुनाह माफ किये जाते हैं। इस बात से यह भी जाहिर होता है कि इस दुनिया को बनाने वाले मालिक को अपने बंदे कितने महबूब हैं कि वह अपने बंदे को अपने गुनाहों से तौबा करने का बार-बार मौका देता है। पर बंदा बार-बार गुनाह करने पर तुला रहे तो फिर उसको तबाह होने से कौन बचा सकता है? लिहाजा इस रात जागकर घूमने-फिरने और पटाखे छोड़ने के बजाय जरूरत इसकी है कि पूरी रात मालिक से उसकी रहमत, उसके फजलो करम, उसकी बख्शीश और उसकी रजा तलब करें।

The month of Shaban is a most auspicious one.the Holy Prophet has referred to it as"MY MONTH" and during this month,HE used to fast more than in any other month besides Ramadaan.

The 15th night of Shabaan is known as SHAB-e-BARAAT,which is next to Lailatul Qadir (27th night of Ramadaan) in auspiciousness. The Holy Prophet is reported to have said: "People are not aware of the excellence of the month of Shabaan, the month that comes between the months of Rajab and Ramadaan. In this month, the action of the people are presented (to ALLAH).I wish my actions to be presented whilst I am fasting."

On this night which begins from Magrib salaah Azan, the AMAL NAMA (record book) of a person containing all his deeds of the past year are closed and kept away in preservation till the day of resurrection and new Record books are started. Also,on this night,the various angels in charge of births, deaths, etc, are brieffed and are assigned and instructed by ALMIGHTY ALLAH their various duties-the names and number of people who are to die during the coming year, births and the dates and times they are to take place during the coming year.

DEAR MUSLIM BROTHER AND SISTERS - the bountiful ALLAH in HIS infinite mercy has provided us with such an auspicious night so that we may take advantage of it and repent for our sins,and thus obtain HIS grace and favour.it is for us to take full advantage of this night and during this night, offer special prayers and repent sincerely for our past sins and ask for HIS forgiveness.

Hazret Ali has said: "o people, spend the 15th night of shabaan in divine worship and keep fast on the 15th day of shabaan. on this auspicious night, ALLAH spreads HIS mercy on the earth and calls out: 'IS THERE ANY WHO SEEKS CURE FROM ILLNESS THAT I MAY CURE HIM? Thus HE calls the needy ,and grants them their needs, up till dawn."

Also on this night the doors of mercy and forgiveness are opened wide,and those who sincerely grieve over and repent for thier past sins and seek forgiveness from ALLAH, are pardoned and forgiven by the grace of ALLAH, the mercy.

Hazret ABU BAKR said:"on the night of Shabaan, ALLAH spreads HIS mercy on the earth and pardons all the sinners except the Polytheist,the Hypocrites and those who harbour ill-feeling towards their brethren." (baihaqi)

Further,a special point must also be made to visit the cemetery on this night and spend a long time there,reading and praying for the deceased.

Finally,on the 13th,14th,and 15th of this month one must fast not only to end one's AMAL NAMA with a good deed and begin the new AMAL NAMA with a good deed, but also because the Holy Prophethas said : "O PEOPLE,LIGHTEN AND CLEANSE THY BIDIES BY WAY OF FASTING DURING SHABAAN,SO THAT IS SHALL BE EASY AND HELPFUL TO YOU FOR THE FASTING DURING RAMADAAN.WHO SO FASTS THREE DAYS DURING SHABAAN,ALL HIS PAST SINS ARE WIPED OFF."

"O ALLAH,GUIDES US TO THE RIGHT PATH AND GRANT US WISDOM TO DO WHAT THOU HAST ORDERED SO THAT WE MAY RECEIVE THY FAVOUR."

Prayers ( Nafl) for Shab-e-BaraatShab-e-Baraat (Laylatul Nifsul Shaban) is the night when Allah the Almighty arranges the affairs of the following year. It is a night of worship and prayers for all Muslims. After sunset read 40 times "La Hawla walaa Quwwata illa Billahil-aliyil Azeem" with three times Durood Shareef before and after. It is mentioned that by reciting this, Almighty Allah will forgive forty years Nawafil for Shab-e-Baraat ( Special Prayers after Magrib / Esha - 6 rakaat Nafl prayer )

1. Read 6 rakaat Nafl prayer (2+2+2), after Magrib.

After every two rakaats read Surah Yaseen once, then dua Nisf e shaban. (This special prayer, by the blessing of Allah Almighty, will give you a healthy and prosperous life for the whole year.)

After Maghrib or Isha prayer read Surah Yasin three times, and after each time, read dua Nisfu Shab'aan see below) with the following intentions:

* 2 rakaahs of Nafil then Surah Yasin then dua Nisfu Shab'aan with niyyah (intention) ( for Long Life / Hayaati / Omar darazi ke Liye )

Read 2 rakaahs of Nafil then Surah Yasin then dua Nisfu Shab'aan reading with niyyah (intention) for Protection from Calamities. ( for The Guardian of Imaan )

Read 2 rakaahs of Nafil then Surah Yasin then dua Nisfu Shab'aan with the niyyat (intention) should be for not being needy to anyone except Allah. ( For Barakah in Rizq )

2. Read 12 rakaat nafl prayer, in each rakaat read: ( After Esha )o Surah Fatiha (Alhamdo) : 1x Surah Iklas: 10x. Afterwards read: 3rd Kalima : 10x 4th Kalima : 10x Darood Sharif : 100x Third Kalima Tamjeed

(Exaltation) " Subhaanallaahi wal hamdulillaahi wa laa ilaaha illallaahu wallaahu Akbar, wa laa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billaahil aliyyil adheem"
(Trans: Glory be to Allah. All praise be to Allah. There is none worthy of worship besides Allah and Allah is the Gratest. There is no power and might except from Allah, the Most High, the Great) Fourth Kalima Tawheed (Oneness)Laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahoo laa shareeka lah. Lahul mulk, wa lahul hamd, yuhyiy wa yumeet biyadihil khayr wa huwa alaa kulli shay-in qadeer (Trans: There is none worthy of worship besides Allah who is alone. He has no partner. For him is the Kingdom, and for Him is all praise. He gives life and causes death. In His hand is all good. And He has power over everything) ( Salat-ul-Fatimuzohra Razi allahu Thaalah Anha )

3. Read 8 rakaat nafl prayer with one salaam. In each rakaat read Surah Fatiha : 1x Surah Iklas : 11x Hazrat Fatima (May Allah be pleased with her) is reported to have said that whoever will observe this prayer, on Shab-e-Baraat and will present its reward (sawab) to my soul, I will strongly recommend for his/her forgiveness to Allah Almighty before I enter the heavens.

4. The Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) used to read this dua abundantly on this night, we should do the same:Allahumma inni al-aloka afwa wal afiyata wal muafatad-daimata fid dunya wal akhirah

5. ( Salat-ul- Khair - 100 Rakaats Nafil Prayers)Read 100 rakaat naflt prayer reciting in each rakaat reciting Surah Fatiha : 1x Surah Iklas : 10x The person observing this prayer on Shab-e-Baraat will have tremendous blessings from Allah Almighty and his/her prayers will be answered and will be made free from the fire of hell and will go to paradise.The Prayer of Benefits Salat al-Khair ; which conists of 100 raka'ts It is good to spend that night praying Salat ul-Khair, which conists of 100 raka'ts, in each raka't reciting Sura al-Fatiha and 10 Surat Ikhlas. To complete the prayer one recites 1000 Sura Ikhlas. Hasan Basri "Thirty of the Companions of Allah's Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) related to me that Allah will look seventy times upon one who performs this prayer on this night, and with each glance He will fulfill seventy of that person's needs, the least of them being forgiveness." Allah Ta'ala instructs and assigns 100 angels to the person who performs 100 Nafil Salaahs on this auspicious night - 30 of which will bring the good news of Jannah, 30 angels to protect one from the Azaab (Punishment) of Jahanam (Hell), 30 to remove all misfortunes and miseries of this world and 10 angels to protect one from Shaitaan.

8th Month in the Islamic Calendar : Shabaan

Shabaan is the 8th month of the Islamic calendar and the month in which the holy night of Shab-e-Baraat is celebrated. Laylat al-Bara'ah - Night of Salvation The 15th night of Shabaan is a very blessed night. According to the Hadith Shareef, the name of this Mubarak night is "Nisf Shabaan" which means 15th night of Shabaan. The reason for this special night to attain its name of Laylat al-Bara'ah, meaning the Night of Salvation, Seeking Freedom from Azaab and Calamity, is that in this night the Barkaat and acceptance of repentance may be accomplished. Laylat al-Baraa'ah in Persian, as well as in Urdu, is called Shab-e Bara'at.It is the special night of seeking forgiveness and repenting to Almighty Allah, remembering our past sins and sincerely settling the mind that one will never commits sins in the future. All the deeds that are against Shari'ahmust be totally avoided so that our Du'a and Istighfaar, hopefully, will beaccepted. Muslims should check themselves and A'la Hadrat, Imam AhmadRida Fadil e-Bareilly (radi Allahu ta'ala anhu) has given a beautiful advise inthis regard. This great Imam said: "Verily the auspicious night of Shab-e-Bara'a is drawing near when the deeds of the slave will be presented to the Almighty Allah. I humbly supplicate in the Darbar-e-Aqdas of the AlmightyAllah that through the Wasila-e-Uzma of Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Salla Allahu alaihi wa Sallam) He forgives the sins and transgressions of allMuslims. Aameen."On this occasion, it should be the duty of all Sunni Muslims to forgive oneanother and to make sure that whatever debts owed to one another is settled. The importance of Huqooq al-Ibaad cannot be over-emphasised as this is among the pre-requisites for proper Ibaadat. I pray that all Muslimshumbly remember this night and try as much as possible to perform Ibaadat and other pious deeds so that their Record of Deeds be presentedin all dignity."Finally, I pray that the Almighty Allah assists you and I and the Muslim Ummah wherever you may be. Muslims should be aware of sincerity and honesty in all their deeds. May Almighty Allah forgive all of us. Aameen." We also realise from this that these numbers can onlypertain to the Ahl as-Sunnah Wah Jama'ah collectively, for the righteousfollowers of the Hanafi, Shafi'i, Maliki and Hanbali indeed number millionsof Muslims.The visitors of this NightIt is narrated that the departed souls (Arwaah) of the Muslims visit the houses of their friends and relatives on this night and proclaim: "O peopleof the house! You stay in our houses and enjoy the wealth that we have left behind. You use our children and take work from them, please perform ourEsaale Sawaab. Verily our deeds have become complete, while your recordof deeds is still spread".If the people of the house perform the Esaale Sawaab and Khatam Shareef on this night, then the Arwaah depart will the Sawaab extremely happy and overjoyed all the time making Du'a for the people.Visit to the CemeteryHadrat Ayesha Siddiqa (radi Allahu ta'ala anha) reports: "One night, whichwas the 15th of Shabaan, I did not find the Beloved Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala alayhi wa Sallam) in the house so I went in search of him. After a longsearch, I found him in Baqiah (the cemetery of Madinah) offering Du'a forthe deceased and praying for their forgiveness". (Baihaqi)A special point must be made to visit the cemetery during this night and pray for the deceased buried therein, as the Most Beloved Prophet (SallaAllahu alayhi wa Sallam) is been reported as having visited the cemetery on this night and spending a long time therein, lamenting, reading and praying for the deceased.To keep FastAccording to the Hadith Shareef which is narrated by Ibne Habaan (radi Allahu ta'ala anhu) that Rasoolullah (Salla Allahu ta'ala alayhi wa Sallam) said: "When the night of 15th Shabaan arrives spend the night awake and keep fast the next day".Hadrat Abu Hurairah (radi Allahu ta'ala anhu) reports that the Most Beloved (salla Allahu alayhi wa Sallam) of Allah ta'ala said often in his Khutba (sermon): "O people! Lighten and cleanse your bodies by way of fasting during Shabaan, so that it shall be easy and helpful to you for the fast during Ramadan. Whoso fasts for three days during Shabaan, all his past sins are wiped off". (Baihaqi) Fasting is also recommended on the 13th,14th and 15th of Shabaan.How to spend the NightOn this night, perform Nawaafil, recite the Qur'an Shareef, recite abundant Durood Shareef, Istighfaar and Kalima Tayyibah. It is also mentioned that if one reads Surah Dukhan seven times on this night, Almighty Allah will reward you with 70 worldly needs and 70 deeds for the Hereafter.Do not be amongst deprived of MercySayyiduna Rasoolullah (Salla Allahu ta'ala alayhi wa Sallam) said: "AlmightyAllah forgives all Muslims on this night, besides the fortune tellers, the magicians, the alcoholics, those who disrespect their parents and those who take part and encourage adultery".In another narration, the following people have also been mentioned:1. One who deals in usury (Riba),2. One who wears his trousers below his ankle with pride and arrogance (In Arabia, people displayed their wealth and boasted in this manner),3. One who creates disunity among two Muslims,4. The person who unjustly takes away the right and property of another Muslim and has not yet rectified himself.All these persons are not shown Mercy on this auspicious Night.A humble appeal to seek pardon and ask Allah's forgivenessDear Muslim brothers, the Bountiful Allah in His Infinite Mercy has provided us with such an auspicious night so that we may take advantage of it and repent for our sins,and thus obtain His Grace and Favour. It is forus to take full advantage of it. During this night, offer special prayers and repent sincerely for our past sins and ask for His Forgiveness.Also on this night the Doors of Mercy and Forgiveness are opened wide, and those who sincerely grieve over and repent for their past sins and seek forgiveness from Allah are pardoned and forgiven by the Grace of Allah theMerciful.Each Tasbih or Du'a should begin and terminate with the recital of Durood Shareef and one who wishes for the acceptance of his Du'as should use the Wasila of Sayyiduna Rasoolullah (Salla Allahu ta'ala alyhi wa Sallam).Hadrat Ghawth al-A'zam, Shaykh Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani (radi Allahu anhu)has mentioned in his famous"Gunyat-ut Talibeen" that the month of Shabanaccording to some narrations is related to Rasoolullah (salla Allahu alayhi wa Sallam). So, it is our duty, as the Ummat of Rasoolullah (Salla Allahuta'ala alayhi wa Sallam) to love and respect this month more than any othermonth (besides Ramadan). We should also offer abundantly salutations (Salaat-o-Salaam) upon the Most Beloved Prophet (Salla Allahu ta'ala alayhiwa Sallam).While we are praying and asking for ourselves and family, we should also remember in our Du'as the Muslim Ummah facing calamities in many parts of the world, that may Allah Ta'ala grant them the strength and Istiqaamat (steadfastness) in Deen. Those weak Muslims who are under pressure fromthe West and modernisation, may Allah Ta'ala guide them and show themthe right path so that they be in touch with their glorious past. Aameen. May Almighty Allah guide us on the path of the Ambiya and the Awliya. Aameen.Short Story of those who even read two Raka'at on the night of 15th Sha'baan It is recorded in 'Rauze Al-Afkaar' that Hazrat Isa (Peace be on him) passed near a mountain. He saw a big white stone. Since it was a very different kind of stone, he was looking at it with surprise. The Almighty Allah conveyed to him, "Would you like to see something more surprising that this?" Hazra Isa (Peace be on him)said, "Yes, my Lord. "The stone burst open and a man came out of if holding a green coloured stick in his hand. There was a grape-tree beside him. The man said, This is my daily food." Hazrat Isa (Peace be on him) asked him, "Since when are you busy worshipping Allah in this stone ?"He replied, "Since four hundred years." Hazrat Isa (Peace be on him) pleaded to Allah, "I feel that you have not created anyone better than this man." The Almighty Allah conveyed, "That person from the people of Muhammed (Blessing of Allah and peace be on him) who offers two taka'at on the night of 15th Sha'baan will be better than the four hundred year's worship. "Hazrat Isa (Peace be on him) said, "I wish I were among the people of Muhammed (Blessing of Allah and Peace be on him). = = = = = = = = = = = == == …..Gabriel (peace be upon him) came to me on the night of mid-Sha'ban and said to me: "O Muhammad, raise your head heavenwards!" I asked him: "What night is this?" and he replied: " This is the night when Allah (Glorified is He) opens three hundred of the gates of mercy, forgiving all who do not make anything His partner . The only exceptions are those who practice sorcery or divination, are addicted to wine, or persist in usury and illicit sex; these He does not forgive until they repent." Nafil on the Last Friday of Shabaan Death With Complete Faith/Imaan:Anyone who performs 2 rakaahs of Nafil on the Last Friday of Shabaan between Maghrib and Esha will die with full faith and Imaan. After Surah Fatiha, one should read Ayatul Kursi once, Surah Ikhlaas 10 times and Surah Falaq and Surah Naas once in both rakaahs. If the person who reads Nafil in such a way dies until the next Shabaan, will die with Imaan, Insha-Allah. Last Monday Of Sha'ban Allah's beloved hadrat MUHAMMAD{peace be upon him}said: "Anyone who fasts on the last monday of Sha'ban will be granted forgiveness."Nafil Salaah to be read on Shab-e-BaraatBasharat of Jannat : Sayyiduna Rasulullah (Salla Allahu alayhi wa Sallam) is reported to have said that Allah Ta'ala instructs and assigns 100 angels to the person who performs 100 Nafil Salaahs on this auspicious night - 30 of which will bring the good news of Jannat, 30 angels to protect one from the Azaab (Punishment) of Dozakh (Hell), 30 to remove all misfortunes andmiseries of this world and 10 angels to protect one from Shaitaan.The Guardian of Imaan : After performing Maghrib Salaah, read 2 rakaahs of Nafil. In the first rakaah, after Surah Fatiha, recite Surah Ikhlaas 3 times and Surah Falaq once.In the second rakaah, after Surah Fatiha, recite Surah Ikhlaas 3 times and Surah Naas once. After Salam, make Du'a and ask Allahto protect your Imaan.Barakah in Rizq : After Maghrib Salaah, read 2 rakaahs of Nafil. Thereafter, read Surah Yasin once, Surah Ikhlaas 21 times and Du'a Nisf Shabaan once. Then, make Du'a for Barakah in Rozi and ask Allah not to make you dependent on anyone.Long Life filled with Piety : After Maghrib Salaah, read 2 rakaahs of Nafil. Read Surah Yasin once. Then read Du'a Nisf Shabaan once. Thereafter, make Du'a for long life filled with piety and righteousness.Reward for ten thousand good Deeds : Anyone who performs 20 rakaahs of Nafil after Maghrib in such a way that after Surah Fatiha, recites Surah Ikhlaas 10 times in every rakaah, will be rewarded abundantly by Allah Ta'ala, and ten thousand good deeds will be recorded in his Amal Namaa (Book of Deeds).Death with complete Faith/Imaan : Anyone who performs 2 rakaahs of Nafil on the last Friday of Shabaan between Maghrib and Esha will die with fullfaith and Imaan. After Surah Fatiha, one should read Ayatul Kursi once, Surah Ikhlaas 10 times and Surah Falaq and Surah Naas once in both rakaahs. The performing of Salaatul Tasbeeh on this night is also very virtuous.

Benefits of Salat-Ul-Tasbih

Our Master Prophet Mohammed (Sallallaho Alihiwassallam) said to his uncle (father's brother) Sayyiduna Abbass (may Allah be pleased with him) Oh uncle shall I not give you Shall I not grant you Shall I not award you Shall I not do mercy on you When you do 10 things Allah will forgive your sins: of the future and of the past; new and old; those you have forgotten and those you did knowingly; big and small; hidden and revealed. Then he (Sallallaho Alihiwassallam) explained the taught the way to pray Salatul Tasbih and then said if you can pray this salah once a day, if you can not pray once a day then every Friday, and even if this is not possible then once a month and even if this is not possible then once a year and even if this is not possible then at least once in a lifetime (Abu'Dawood & Tirimzi)
How to perform Salatul Tasbih?
This salaat (namaz) is offered in four rakat at a time and can be read in any part of the day and night besides Zawal and Sunrise and Sunset makrooh times, keeping in mind the forbidden times for performing Salat (namaaz). But is is preferred before Zuhr (Fatawa Alamgeeri)
The Tasbih to be read in Salaat-Ul-Tasbeeh:
" Subhaan Allahi Wal Hamdulillahi Wa Laa ilaha illal Laahu Wallahu Akbar "

Method:

Goal is to recite above Tasbih 300 times in Four Rakah with the following method.
In the first rakaat, after reading Sana "Subhaana Kallahumma…", read the above tasbih 15 times.
Now recite Aaoz "Aoozubillah…", Bismillah "Bismillah…", Then read sura Fatiha and a Surah or minimum of three small Ayayhs then read the tasbih 10 times again.
Go to ruku saying Takbeer (Allah Hoo Akbar), after reciting "Subhaana Rabbiyal Azeem" minimum of three times read the tasbih 10 times in Ruku.
Saying "Samee Allahu Liman Hamidah Rabbana Lakal Hamdh" get up from ruku to qiyam position.
Now read the tasbih 10 times.
Go to Sajdah saying Takbeer (Allah Hoo Akbar) and after reciting "Subhaana Rabbiyal A'la" minimum of three times read the tasbih 10 times in Sajdah.
Now go after first Sajdah go to Jalsa (sitting position) saying Takbeer (Allah Hoo Akbar). Sitting in Jalsa read tasbih 10 times.
Go to sajda again saying Takbeer (Allah Hoo Akbar) and after reciting "Subhaana Rabbiyal A'la" minimum of three times read the tasbih 10 times in Sajdah again.

Get up to begin 2nd rakat saying Takbeer (Allah Hoo Akbar).
Do rakah #2 in same fashion, but before reading Bismillah "Bismillah…", and Surah Fatiha, read the tasbih 15 times. Follow the rest as you did in first Rakat.

After second Sajdah of Second Rakat sit in Qaidah Oola (first sitting) read Attahiyat, Durood and Dua then get up for 3rd rakaat without saying Salam.
Begin third Rakat, just like the first Rakat, with Sana "Subhaana Kallahumma…", read the above tasbih 15 times. Follow the rest as you did in first Rakat untill you sit for Qaidah Akihra (last sitting) after second sajdah of fourth Rakah.
In Qaidah Akihra Attahiyat, Durood, Dua finish Salah with Salam.
Special notes for Salat-Ul-Tasbih:

1.
2. Do not count loudly. It will break Salah
3. Do not count on fingers or by holding a Bead Tasbih in hand. It is Makruh.
4. You may count by pressing the fingers as a reminder. For example if you are in Ruku. You me press pinky of your right hand first for the first count, then the finger next to it for second count, then the middle finger for third count, following this method untill you reach the pinky of left hand will give you an exact count of ten. Use the same method in Qayam, Sajdah and Jalsa.
5. If missed a count then make it up in the next posture. For example if forgot to recite Tasbih after Surah in Qayam. Then you may recite Tasbish 20 times instead of 10 in Rukuh after "Subhaana Rabbiyal Azeem". Missed Tasbih cannot be recited in Qayam after ruku and Jalsa between Sajdah. If you missed the Tasbih in Ruku then recite 20 in the first Sajdah instead of the Qayam after rukuh. Similarly if missed the Tasbih in first Sajdah then do not make it up in Jalsa. Instead recite missed tasbih in the second Sajdah. If Tasbih has been missed in last sajdah of second or fourth Rakah then you can recite the missed ones before Attahiyat in Qaidah.
6. If you miss a wajib in Salah and have to do Sajdah Sahaw. You dont have to recite Tasbih in Sajdah sahoo, since the 300 count has been estalished. But if you had missed Tasbih in any of the postures and remeber it now. Then you may recite the missed Tasbih in Sajdah Sahaw now.
7. It is preferable to recite after Surah Fatiha Sura Takathuur in the first raka', Surah Wal A'sr in the second raka', Surah Kaferoon (qul ya aiyuhal Kafiroon) in the third and Surah Akhlas (Qul hu Allah-hu ahd) in the fourth raka'. If one does not remember this surah they can recite the ones they prefer.

May Allah accept this dua' (supplication) for the sake of the trustworthy PROPHET MOHAMMED SAL LAL LAHU ALAIHI WO SALAM (Allah's Grace & Peace be upon him)
